Trusted relationships between large compagnies ans SMEs
Specializing in consumer goods (health and beauty), Procter & Gamble is one of the largest multinationals know in that domain. In search of new technologies and new ideas, the company wanted to start a collaboration with various start-ups to benefit from their creative ideas.
There was a mutual distrust in the relationship between the two parties :
- Procter & Gamble feared immaturity in SMEs practices and procedures ;
- SMEs were concerned about human and financial resources available to the larger society in case of conflict.
